This picture is in focus and is also edited. It is meaniful becuase it is outside and has an urbam feel to it. The street lines demonsrare leading lines ina nice way.
Good job editing it- the colors are well balanced. You could crop this into a more interesting composition (think rule of thirds) and it would be even better if you were low to the ground taking it and the lines led to someone or something.
